Adelaide VS Fremantle Same Game Multi (1 Unit – $3.10)
- James Aish 20+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.25)
Having a great start to the year, racking up 26 touches a game so the 20 looks well within his reach.
- Luke Ryan 20+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.50)
The defender is going from strength to strength each season and is so important for the Dockers down back. He gets plenty of the footy and I expect that to continue here.
- Ben Keays 20+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.76)
Remains good value to reach this figure. He was racking up big numbers in his sleep at times last season.
Richmond VS Western Bulldogs Same Game Multi (1 Unit – $4.75)
- Total Match Points Under 164.5 (5 Units – $1.88)
With 2-8mm of rain forecast for Saturday in Melbourne, goals could be hard to come by if this turns into a sodden slog. The last four matches between these teams have gone under this point line.
- Tim English 20+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.89)
English has started the season on fire, averaging over 20 disposals per game. Ruckmen tend to lift their output in rain impacted matches.
- Toby Nankervis 15+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.48)
Similar to English, Nankervis should benefit from sub-optimal weather conditions on Saturday. The Richmond ruckman has hit 15+ disposals in two of three games this year, and had 20 touches against the Dogs in 2021.
St Kilda VS Gold Coast Same Game Multi (1 Unit – $2.87)
- Brad Crouch 25+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.27)
The star midfielder for the Saints has been forced into taking a much bigger role since the injury to skipper Jack Steele. His centre bounce appearances rose with Steele out of the line-up against Essendon, resulting in 32 touches.
- Ryan Byrnes 20+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.86)
Byrnes arguably had his breakout game in Round 1 in the win over the Dockers, but he really cemented his place as the first choice Saints wingman with a near best on ground performance against the Bombers. He racked up 23 touches and was all over the field, back him to be in the mix plenty again on Saturday.
- Dan Butler Anytime Goal Scorer (5 Units – $1.30)
Butler went goalless in the first two games of the season but broke out in a big way against Essendon, booting four goals in a near best on ground performance. The small forward is decent value to kick 1+ on the weekend.
Sydney VS Port Adelaide Same Game Multi (1 Unit – $4.00)
- Logan McDonald 2+ Goals (5 Units – $1.72)
McDonald has shown signs of improvement this season with eight goals in three matches. He will get a favourable matchup against an undersized Power defence.
- Errol Gulden 20+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.44)
His midfield time suffered a bit last week with John Longmire opting to go with some of his bigger bodied midfielders against the Demons who are the best contested team in the competition. I expect Gulden will bounce back this week against the younger and smaller Power midfielders.
- Dan Houston 20+ Disposals (5 Units – $1.76)
I expect the Swans to win the territory battle, which will mean the Power defenders will get plenty of possessions. Houston also takes the lion’s share of his team’s kick-outs, which will help his cause.
