BERMADEZ first-up after 18 week spell and winner of four when first-up including a win at Flemington last go, could upset

• Race 5: #2 Cascadian (1.5 Units Win – $5.00)

CASCADIAN amongst the place getters last start running third at Caulfield when first up and placed in four of six at Flemington before, capable of getting into the money.

• Race 7: #6 Flying Mascot (4 Units Win / 10 Units Place – $4.80 / $2.00)

FLYING MASCOT likes the cut in the ground and won four of five as a favourite, commands respect. 

• Race 8: #9 Roheryn (1 Unit Win / 1.5 Units Place – $23.00/ $6.00)

ROHERYN kept fresh and did get lost at Scone in latest. All other fresh form is super.

• Race 9: #3 Tijuana (1 Unit / 2 Units Place – $5.50 / $2.15)

TIJUANA slow out fresh and produced a nice finale. Copped pressure here in April but strong kick to win.

Rosehill

DANZADEL on a seven day back-up and ran fifth last start at Randwick, each-way claims.

TRISTATE showed speed and ran cheeky race at first run back. Back to 1100m more suited.

• Race 8: #3 Ellsberg (3 Units Win – $4.00)

ELSBERG resuming, unbeaten fresh and just keeps improving every campaign.
